Wait Time Policy: Grace Period is determined by your pick up location and starts at your scheduled pick up time. If your grace period finishes and you have not arrived, you will be billed $1/minute in wait time fees.
*Airport Pick up: Domestic Flight/Cruise Terminal: 30 Minutes after landing /International Flight: 60 Minutes after landing.
*Please provide and update your flight information with our office in case of change or cancellation to avoid no show fees.
Non-Airport Pick-up: 15 Minutes. / Cruise Terminal 30 Minutes
Late change and Cancellation Policy:
Changes and Cancellations are accepted with no charge, up to three hours before the scheduled pick up time on all vehicles except the following: Stretch Limousines and Minibuses require a twenty four (24) hours’ notice. Motor Coaches require a two (2) weeks’ notice. International cancellations require a Forty Eight (48) hour notice, unless otherwise specified. In case your change or cancellation doesn't meet the minimum notification required a no show fees will apply to your account.
No Show Fees: For Point-to-Point Service, a fee equal to the first leg of the trip, and the appropriate chauffeur gratuity, will be charged.
For Hourly Service, a fee equal to three hours of service and the appropriate chauffeur gratuity will be charged.
** Note: Special Event Change and Cancellation policies supersede standard change and cancellation policies and are noted in the email confirmation.
To avoid a no show fee, please call 407-442-3609; the dispatcher will immediately direct your chauffeur to you.
